🔹 Bonus Issue क्या होता है?
जब कोई कंपनी अपने मौजूदा शेयरधारकों (existing shareholders) को बिना पैसे लिए अतिरिक्त शेयर देती है, तो उसे बोनस इश्यू (Bonus Issue) कहते हैं।
👉 इसे Scrip Issue या Capitalization Issue भी कहा जाता है।
🔹 कंपनी बोनस शेयर क्यों देती है?
कंपनी के पास जब:
- बहुत ज्यादा रिज़र्व (Reserves) होते हैं
- लेकिन वह कैश में डिविडेंड नहीं देना चाहती
तब कंपनी:
➡️ अपने रिज़र्व को शेयर में बदल देती है
➡️ और शेयरधारकों को बाँट देती है
🔹 आसान उदाहरण से समझें
मान लो:
- आपके पास = 10 शेयर
- कंपनी ने बोनस दिया = 2:1
👉 इसका मतलब:
- हर 1 शेयर पर 2 फ्री शेयर
- आपको मिलेंगे = 20 नए शेयर
➡️ कुल शेयर = 10 + 20 = 30 शेयर

❗ क्या आपकी दौलत बढ़ गई?
👉 नहीं ❌
क्योंकि:
- पहले:
- 10 शेयर × ₹300 = ₹3000
- बाद में:
- 30 शेयर × ₹100 = ₹3000
👉 कुल पैसा = Same (₹3000)
🔹 ऐसा क्यों होता है?
क्योंकि:
📌 Share Price Adjust हो जाता है
- शेयर की कीमत घट जाती है
- ताकि कुल वैल्यू वही रहे

कंपनी इन्हें देती है:
- Retained Earnings (बचाया हुआ लाभ)
- Free Reserves
👉 मतलब:
➡️ कंपनी पैसा नहीं दे रही
➡️ बल्कि अपना लाभ शेयर में बदल रही है
