India–Greece Sign Defence Industrial Cooperation Deal
India and Greece signed a Joint Declaration of Intent to strengthen defence industrial cooperation under Greece’s Agenda 2030 reforms and India’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative. The agreement aims to expand indigenous defence manufacturing through strategic partnership between the two countries.
A five-year roadmap and a Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan for 2026 were finalized to deepen operational and industrial ties. Greece will also post an International Liaison Officer at India’s Information Fusion Centre in Gurugram, enhancing maritime security collaboration and regional information sharing.
भारत–ग्रीस रक्षा औद्योगिक सहयोग समझौता
भारत और ग्रीस ने रक्षा उद्योग सहयोग को मजबूत करने के लिए संयुक्त घोषणा पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर किए। यह समझौता भारत की आत्मनिर्भर भारत पहल और ग्रीस की Agenda 2030 रक्षा सुधार योजना के अनुरूप है।
दोनों देशों ने पाँच वर्षीय रोडमैप और 2026 के लिए द्विपक्षीय सैन्य सहयोग योजना को अंतिम रूप दिया। ग्रीस भारत के गुरुग्राम स्थित Information Fusion Centre में एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय संपर्क अधिकारी नियुक्त करेगा, जिससे समुद्री सुरक्षा और क्षेत्रीय सूचना साझाकरण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
ISRO Selects Moon’s South Pole Site for Chandrayaan-4
ISRO has selected the MM-4 site in the Mons Mouton region near the Moon’s South Pole as the landing location for Chandrayaan-4, scheduled for 2028. The site covers a 1 km × 1 km zone with an average slope of 5 degrees and minimal landing hazards.
Chandrayaan-4 will be India’s most complex lunar mission, aiming for a soft landing in the challenging South Polar region and returning lunar samples to Earth. The mission builds upon the success of Chandrayaan-1, 2, and 3, further strengthening India’s position in deep-space exploration.
चंद्रयान-4 के लिए चंद्रमा के दक्षिणी ध्रुव का चयन
इसरो ने चंद्रयान-4 मिशन के लिए चंद्रमा के दक्षिणी ध्रुव के पास स्थित Mons Mouton क्षेत्र के MM-4 स्थल का चयन किया है। यह स्थल 1 किमी × 1 किमी क्षेत्र में फैला है, जहाँ औसत ढाल 5 डिग्री है और लैंडिंग जोखिम न्यूनतम है।
चंद्रयान-4 भारत का अब तक का सबसे जटिल चंद्र मिशन होगा, जिसका लक्ष्य दक्षिणी ध्रुव क्षेत्र में सॉफ्ट लैंडिंग करना और चंद्रमा की मिट्टी के नमूने पृथ्वी पर लाना है। यह मिशन चंद्रयान-1, 2 और 3 की सफलता को आगे बढ़ाता है।
RBI Doubles Collateral-Free Loan Limit for MSEs
The Reserve Bank of India has increased the collateral-free loan limit for Micro and Small Enterprises from ₹10 lakh to ₹20 lakh, effective April 1. The move is aimed at strengthening formal credit access for small businesses.
This decision is expected to boost entrepreneurship, improve last-mile credit delivery, and support businesses that lack traditional collateral. It aligns with India’s broader push to enhance MSME growth and economic resilience.
आरबीआई ने एमएसई के लिए बिना गारंटी ऋण सीमा दोगुनी की
भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों के लिए बिना गारंटी ऋण सीमा ₹10 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹20 लाख कर दी है, जो 1 अप्रैल से प्रभावी होगी।
इस निर्णय से छोटे व्यवसायों को औपचारिक ऋण तक बेहतर पहुंच मिलेगी, उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और उन व्यवसायों को राहत मिलेगी जिनके पास पारंपरिक संपार्श्विक नहीं है। यह कदम MSME क्षेत्र को मजबूत बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण है।
World Pulses Day 2026
World Pulses Day is observed annually on February 10 to highlight the nutritional and environmental benefits of pulses such as lentils, beans, peas, and chickpeas. The theme for 2026 is “Pulses of the world: from modesty to excellence.”
The day was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 2018, continuing the legacy of the 2016 International Year of Pulses. Pulses contribute to food security, soil health, and sustainable agriculture worldwide.

विश्व दलहन दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष 10 फरवरी को मनाया जाता है, जिसका उद्देश्य दालों जैसे मसूर, चना, मटर और सेम के पोषण एवं पर्यावरणीय महत्व को उजागर करना है। वर्ष 2026 का विषय है – “Pulses of the world: from modesty to excellence.”
संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने 2018 में इस दिवस की स्थापना की थी, जो 2016 के अंतरराष्ट्रीय दलहन वर्ष की विरासत को आगे बढ़ाता है। दलहन खाद्य सुरक्षा, मिट्टी की उर्वरता और सतत कृषि में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।
