1. जम्मू में स्थापित हुआ भारत का सातवाँ क्षेत्रीय मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र

केंद्रीय मंत्री डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह ने 5 जून 2026 को जम्मू में भारत के सातवें क्षेत्रीय मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र (Regional Meteorological Centre - RMC) का उद्घाटन किया। यह केंद्र जम्मू-कश्मीर, लद्दाख और हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिए उन्नत मौसम पूर्वानुमान, जलवायु निगरानी तथा आपदा पूर्व चेतावनी सेवाएँ प्रदान करेगा। इसके माध्यम से फ्लैश फ्लड, हिमस्खलन, बादल फटने और पर्वतीय मौसम संबंधी चेतावनियाँ जारी की जाएंगी। यह केंद्र कृषि, पर्यटन, परिवहन, जलविद्युत और रक्षा क्षेत्र को भी महत्वपूर्ण सहायता प्रदान करेगा।

2. नई दिल्ली में शुरू हुए 18 नमो ऑक्सीजन पार्क

विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस 2026 के अवसर पर नई दिल्ली में ‘एक पेड़ माँ के नाम’ अभियान के तहत 18 नमो ऑक्सीजन पार्कों का उद्घाटन किया गया। इस पहल का शुभारंभ केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्री भूपेंद्र यादव और दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने किया। इन पार्कों का उद्देश्य वायु गुणवत्ता में सुधार, हरित क्षेत्र का विस्तार, जैव विविधता संरक्षण तथा नागरिकों को स्वच्छ वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना है। दिल्ली सरकार ने साथ ही 15 लाख पौधे लगाने का लक्ष्य भी घोषित किया।

3. एयर मार्शल आशुतोष दीक्षित होंगे भारतीय वायुसेना के अगले उप वायुसेना प्रमुख

एयर मार्शल आशुतोष दीक्षित को भारतीय वायुसेना का अगला उप वायुसेना प्रमुख (Vice Chief of the Air Staff) नियुक्त किया गया है। वे 1 जुलाई 2026 को पदभार ग्रहण करेंगे। 1986 में फाइटर स्ट्रीम में कमीशन प्राप्त करने वाले आशुतोष दीक्षित एक अनुभवी फाइटर पायलट, टेस्ट पायलट और उड़ान प्रशिक्षक हैं। उन्हें 3,300 से अधिक उड़ान घंटों का अनुभव है और उन्होंने रक्षा आधुनिकीकरण तथा संयुक्त सैन्य अभियानों में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है।

4. लखनऊ में आयोजित हुआ SNA सम्मान समारोह 2026

उत्तर प्रदेश संगीत नाटक अकादमी द्वारा लखनऊ में SNA सम्मान समारोह 2026 का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर संगीत, नृत्य, रंगमंच, लोक संगीत और लोक कलाओं के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट योगदान देने वाले 51 कलाकारों को सम्मानित किया गया। यह सम्मान वर्ष 2021 से 2024 के दौरान उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियाँ हासिल करने वाले कलाकारों को प्रदान किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य भारत की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत के संरक्षण और संवर्धन को प्रोत्साहित करना था।

5. भारत ने लॉन्च किया E85 ईंधन

भारत ने ऊर्जा सुरक्षा और प्रदूषण नियंत्रण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए E85 ईंधन लॉन्च किया। इस ईंधन में लगभग 85% एथेनॉल और 15% पेट्रोल होता है। इसे विशेष रूप से फ्लेक्स-फ्यूल वाहनों (FFVs) के लिए विकसित किया गया है। E85 के उपयोग से कच्चे तेल के आयात पर निर्भरता कम होगी, ग्रीनहाउस गैस उत्सर्जन में कमी आएगी और किसानों को एथेनॉल उत्पादन के माध्यम से अतिरिक्त आय प्राप्त होगी।

6. सौरभ विजय बने IndiaAI मिशन के CEO

UIDAI के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (CEO) सौरभ विजय ने IndiaAI मिशन के CEO का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार संभाला है। ₹10,372 करोड़ के IndiaAI मिशन का उद्देश्य भारत में कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को मजबूत बनाना है। मिशन के तहत स्वदेशी AI मॉडल विकसित किए जाएंगे, AI अवसंरचना तैयार की जाएगी, स्टार्टअप्स को सहायता दी जाएगी और जिम्मेदार AI उपयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

1. India's Seventh Regional Meteorological Centre Inaugurated in Jammu

Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh inaugurated India's seventh Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) in Jammu on 5 June 2026. The centre has been established to provide advanced weather forecasting, climate monitoring, and disaster early-warning services for Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh. It will issue district-level forecasts, flash flood alerts, avalanche warnings, cloudburst notifications, and mountain weather advisories. The facility is expected to significantly strengthen disaster preparedness and support sectors such as agriculture, tourism, transportation, hydropower, and defence operations.

2. Eighteen Namo Oxygen Parks Inaugurated in New Delhi

On World Environment Day 2026, eighteen Namo Oxygen Parks were inaugurated across New Delhi under the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign. The initiative was launched by Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. The parks are designed to improve air quality, increase urban green cover, promote biodiversity, and provide recreational spaces for citizens.
