The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced recruitment for 32,388 School Teacher posts under the TRE 4.0 scheme. The online application process will begin on 01 September 2026.

Minimum Age: 21 years for Classes 9–10 and 11–12 posts
Maximum Age Limits:
- UR Male: 37 years
- UR Female: 40 years
- BC/EBC: 40 years
- SC/ST: 42 years

Educational Qualification / शैक्षणिक योग्यता

Eligibility varies according to the teaching level:

Primary Level (Classes 1–5): Graduation/B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or prescribed 10+2 teacher-education combinations along with CTET/BTET where applicable.
Middle School (Classes 6–8): Prescribed graduation/postgraduation plus D.El.Ed/B.Ed or integrated teacher-education qualifications.
Secondary and Higher Secondary (Classes 9–12): Relevant subject degree/postgraduate qualification, B.Ed or prescribed integrated qualification, and STET as applicable.
