Ceremony and Attendees (English)
The ceremony was conducted by Nepal’s President Ram Chandra Paudel. General Seth inspected a Guard of Honour at the Nepali Army Headquarters and laid a wreath at the Army Pavilion in Tundikhel, a historic open ground in central Kathmandu. He held bilateral talks with Nepali Army Chief General Ashok Raj Sigdel.
Notable attendees included Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal, and India’s Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava. General Seth also handed over military and medical equipment to the Nepal Army.
