Why in News?
On 14 May 2026, the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MoMA) organized the National Conclave on Minorities Welfare with a focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into public service delivery and welfare governance.
Key Highlights
1. Theme of the Conclave
The conclave was conducted under the theme:
“Bhagidari Se Bhagyoday”
(Prosperity through Participation)
The theme emphasized inclusive development through public participation and technology-driven governance.
2. Main Objective
The conclave aimed to create a roadmap for:
- Participative governance
- Technology-enabled welfare delivery
- Inclusive growth for minority communities
The focus was on improving efficiency, accessibility, and transparency in welfare schemes.
3. AI Integration in Governance
The Ministry announced the development of conversational AI bots to:
- Improve grievance redressal systems
- Assist beneficiaries in welfare schemes
- Enhance citizen interaction with government services
Haj 2027 Initiative
AI technology will also be used during the Haj pilgrimage cycle of 2027 to ensure:
- Better management
- Safer pilgrimage experience
- Smoother coordination and services
4. Skill Development Collaboration
A special session was organized with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
The purpose was to align:
- Skill development programmes
- Minority livelihood and employment initiatives
This aims to improve employability and economic participation among minority communities.

Several organizations showcased AI-driven governance solutions:
Generation India
Presented technology-based solutions for:
- Workforce readiness
- Employment generation

Demonstrated scalable AI tools for:

- Real-time monitoring systems

14 मई 2026 को अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय (MoMA) ने सार्वजनिक सेवा वितरण में कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) के उपयोग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए “राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण सम्मेलन” आयोजित किया।

1. सम्मेलन की थीम
सम्मेलन का आयोजन निम्न थीम के अंतर्गत किया गया:

2. मुख्य उद्देश्य
सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य था:

3. शासन में AI का उपयोग
मंत्रालय द्वारा conversational AI bots विकसित किए जा रहे हैं, जिनका उपयोग:
- शिकायत निवारण
- सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी
- नागरिक सेवाओं को आसान बनाने
के लिए किया जाएगा।
हज 2027 में AI
हज यात्रा 2027 के दौरान भी AI का उपयोग किया जाएगा ताकि:
- यात्रा प्रबंधन बेहतर हो
- सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो
- सेवाएँ अधिक सुचारु रूप से संचालित हों
4. कौशल विकास सहयोग
सम्मेलन में कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमिता मंत्रालय के साथ विशेष सत्र आयोजित किया गया।
इसका उद्देश्य:
- कौशल विकास योजनाओं
- अल्पसंख्यक आजीविका कार्यक्रमों
के बीच समन्वय स्थापित करना था।
5. तकनीकी साझेदार
कई संस्थाओं ने AI आधारित शासन समाधान प्रस्तुत किए।

- रोजगार सृजन
- कार्यबल तैयारी
से जुड़े तकनीकी समाधान।
