Bihar School Examination Board has released Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test STET 2026 for determining eligibility for Secondary and Senior Secondary teaching levels. / बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति ने Secondary और Senior Secondary Teacher पात्रता निर्धारित करने के लिए Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test STET 2026 आयोजित करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की है।

Paper-I Eligibility – Classes 9–10 / Paper-I पात्रता
Candidates generally require a Bachelor's Degree in the concerned subject plus B.Ed with the prescribed marks and category relaxation. / संबंधित विषय में Graduation और B.Ed तथा निर्धारित न्यूनतम अंक आवश्यक हैं।
Paper-II Eligibility – Classes 11–12 / Paper-II पात्रता
Candidates generally require a Postgraduate Degree in the concerned subject plus B.Ed, subject to subject-specific rules and exemptions. Candidates applying for Computer Science or other specialised subjects must verify the exact qualification route from the official notification. / संबंधित विषय में Post Graduation और B.Ed सामान्य पात्रता है, लेकिन कुछ विशेष विषयों में अलग नियम या छूट हो सकती है।
Selection / Qualification Process / पात्रता प्रक्रिया
The examination is conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates need to obtain the prescribed qualifying marks. / परीक्षा CBT Mode में होगी और उम्मीदवार को निर्धारित Qualifying Marks प्राप्त करने होंगे।

- Prepare the concerned subject thoroughly.
- Study teaching methodology and pedagogy according to the official syllabus.
- Practise CBT mock tests.
- Solve previous Bihar STET papers.
- Revise factual and conceptual areas repeatedly.
- Check Paper-I/Paper-II subject eligibility before applying.
How to Apply / आवेदन कैसे करें
- Open the official Bihar STET portal.
- Select Paper-I, Paper-II or both according to eligibility.
- Complete registration.
