Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has reopened the application process for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) September 2026 examination. / CBSE ने Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) September 2026 के आवेदन फिर से खोल दिए हैं।

Re-Open Dates / री-ओपन तिथियाँ

• Re-open Application Start: 25 August 2026
• Last Date: 01 September 2026
• Examination: September session as per CBSE schedule

Paper Structure / पेपर संरचना

• Paper I: For candidates intending to teach Classes I–V.
• Paper II: For candidates intending to teach Classes VI–VIII.
• Candidates intending eligibility for both levels should apply for both papers subject to CTET rules.

/ Paper-I कक्षा 1–5 और Paper-II कक्षा 6–8 के शिक्षक पात्रता स्तर से संबंधित है। दोनों स्तरों के लिए पात्र उम्मीदवार दोनों पेपर चुन सकते हैं।

Educational Eligibility / शैक्षणिक पात्रता

Eligibility depends on the teacher-education route prescribed for Paper I and Paper II, including combinations of Senior Secondary/Graduation with D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.Ed or other NCTE-recognised teacher education qualifications. Candidates must match their exact qualification with the current CTET Information Bulletin. / पात्रता 12वीं/स्नातक के साथ D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.Ed अथवा अन्य मान्य शिक्षक-प्रशिक्षण योग्यता के निर्धारित संयोजन पर निर्भर करती है।

Important Preparation Areas / प्रमुख परीक्षा क्षेत्र

Paper I broadly covers Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Paper II includes Child Development & Pedagogy, two languages and the chosen Mathematics & Science or Social Studies/Social Science component. / तैयारी में बाल विकास एवं शिक्षाशास्त्र, भाषा, गणित, पर्यावरण अध्ययन/विज्ञान/सामाजिक विज्ञान के निर्धारित भाग शामिल हैं।

How to Apply / आवेदन कैसे करें

1. Visit the official CTET portal.
2. Open the September 2026 re-open application notice.
3. Read the Information Bulletin before registration.
4. Select Paper I, Paper II or both according to eligibility.
5. Enter educational and teacher-training details carefully.
6. Upload photograph/signature and pay the fee displayed by CBSE.
7. Submit by 01 September 2026 and download the confirmation page.
