आधार मूल्य क्या है?
आधार मूल्य नीलामी की शर्तों के अनुसार किसी वस्तु के लिए निर्धारित प्रारंभिक अथवा न्यूनतम मूल्य होता है।
अंतिम बिक्री मूल्य प्राप्त बोलियों के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है। इसलिए आधार मूल्य को नीलामी से प्राप्त अंतिम राशि नहीं समझना चाहिए।
