Educational Qualification
Assistant Professor (Anatomy) requires the prescribed postgraduate medical/anatomy qualification such as MD/MS/DNB or the notified M.Sc. Anatomy with PhD/D.Sc. route, together with required experience. Assistant Professor (General Medicine) requires MBBS plus the prescribed MD/DNB in Medicine/General Medicine and relevant experience.
Assistant Editor requires the notified Journalism/Mass Communication degree route, or the alternative Bachelor's Degree with specified subjects plus a recognised Journalism/Mass Communication diploma, along with required experience. Assistant Public Prosecutor requires a recognised Law Degree (LLB) and the prescribed experience practising at the Bar. The Ladakh law-officer posts require the notified law qualification, experience and Ladakh domicile. Medical Specialist posts have their own MBBS/postgraduate and experience requirements.
Age Limit
The maximum age is post-wise and must be checked against the exact vacancy in Advertisement 11/2026. UPSC age relaxation applies to eligible categories according to Government rules. Candidates should not use one age limit for all 212 posts.
