The correct answer is Indian National Congress.
According to the source, the Indira Gandhi Award for National Integration is given by the Indian National Congress after Indira Gandhi.
The book states that the award was given for the first time in 1985 and thereafter is given annually to distinguished personalities or institutions for promoting national integration, understanding and fellowship among religious groups, communities, ethnic groups, cultures, languages and traditions of India, and for strengthening the nation's sense of solidarity through thought and action.
