Explanation

The Four Noble Truths are fundamental teachings of Buddhism.
They explain the problem of suffering and the path toward liberation from it.
The First Noble Truth is Dukkha—the existence of suffering, dissatisfaction or unsatisfactoriness in conditioned life.
The Second is Samudaya—the origin or arising of suffering, particularly associated with craving or Tanha.
The Third is Nirodha—the cessation of suffering through the ending of craving.
The Fourth is Magga—the path leading to the cessation of suffering.
This path is expressed through the Noble Eightfold Path: Right View, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness and Right Concentration.
Buddhist tradition connects the exposition of these teachings with the Buddha’s first sermon at Sarnath after his enlightenment at Bodh Gaya.
The Four Noble Truths therefore form a central framework for understanding Buddhist doctrine: identify suffering, understand its cause, recognize the possibility of its cessation, and follow the path leading to cessation.
Hence Buddhism is the correct answer.
