English: The Chhattisgarh government signed two Memoranda of Understanding in August 2026 to strengthen implementation of the PM GatiShakti framework and integrated logistics planning in the state. The agreements were signed with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics, or BISAG-N, and National Logistics Data Services Limited, or NLDSL. English: The MoUs were signed in Raipur on 20 August 2026 during a PM GatiShakti and LEADS 2025 Dissemination Workshop. The workshop was jointly organised by the Chhattisgarh Department of Commerce and Industries and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, or DPIIT, under the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

English: PM GatiShakti National Master Plan is an integrated digital platform for coordinated infrastructure planning. It seeks to bring information from different ministries and departments onto a common geospatial platform so that roads, railways, ports, airports, industrial corridors, pipelines, utilities and other infrastructure can be planned in a more coordinated manner.

Geographic Information Systems allow multiple layers of location-specific information to be analysed together, helping planners understand how a proposed project interacts with existing infrastructure and environmental features.
