The Reserve Bank of India imposed a monetary penalty of ₹59.20 lakh on IndusInd Bank for deficiencies in compliance with certain regulatory directions.
Reserve Bank of India ने कुछ regulatory directions के compliance में कमियों के कारण IndusInd Bank पर ₹59.20 lakh का monetary penalty लगाया।
Reasons | कारण
- Non-compliance relating to directions governing interest on deposits. / deposits पर interest से संबंधित directions का पालन न करना।
- Issues concerning securitisation-related regulatory requirements. / securitisation से संबंधित regulatory requirements में कमी।
The RBI clarified that such regulatory penalties concern compliance deficiencies and do not automatically invalidate transactions between the bank and its customers.
RBI ने स्पष्ट किया कि regulatory penalty compliance deficiencies से संबंधित होती है और इससे bank तथा customers के transactions स्वतः invalid नहीं हो जाते।
