Explanationव्याख्या
The source identifies Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Fundamental Rights, Minorities and Tribal and Excluded Areas.
This was one of the major committees of the Constituent Assembly.
The broad range of subjects in its title demonstrates the importance of the committee in dealing with rights and the interests of different sections and areas.
Patel also chaired the Provincial Constitution Committee according to the source.
This provides an important committee-chairman association for competitive examinations.

Dr.

R.
Ambedkar chaired the Drafting Committee, formed on 29 August 1947.
Questions often attempt to confuse candidates by placing Ambedkar or Nehru as options for every major committee.
