Correct Answer
A. Jawaharlal NehruA.
Explanation
According to the source, Jawaharlal Nehru was Chairman of the Union Constitution Committee.
The source's committee table also identifies him as Chairman of the Union Powers Committee and the States Committee.
These responsibilities reflect his prominent role in deliberations concerning the structure of the Union.
Students should distinguish the Union Constitution Committee from the Provincial Constitution Committee, which the source places under Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and from the Drafting Committee, chaired by Dr.
B.
R.
Ambedkar.
Dr.
Rajendra Prasad, meanwhile, chaired the Steering Committee and several other committees.
Therefore, the correct source-based association is Union Constitution Committee—Jawaharlal Nehru.
