Correct Answer
A. B. N. RauA. राव
Explanation
According to the source, B.
N.
Rau was the Constitutional Adviser to the Constituent Assembly.
This role should be distinguished from the chairmanship of the Drafting Committee, which the source assigns to Dr.
B.
R.
Ambedkar.
The Constituent Assembly depended on a number of committees and specialised officials during the constitution-making process.
The source separately identifies Jawaharlal Nehru with the Union Powers Committee and Union Constitution Committee, Vallabhbhai Patel with the Provincial Constitution Committee and Advisory Committee, and Rajendra Prasad with important procedural and organisational roles.
B.
N.
Rau is specifically identified as the Constitutional Adviser.
The source also later names L.

Mukherjee as the chief draftsman, which is another distinct role and should not be confused with Rau's advisory position.
For examinations, these different designations can appear together in the options.
The safest source-based association is: B.
N.
Rau—Constitutional Adviser; B.
R.
Ambedkar—Chairman of Drafting Committee; L.
N.
Mukherjee—chief draftsman according to the source.
