C. Supreme Court of IndiaC.
Explanation
Disputes relating to the election of the President are decided by the Supreme Court of India.
The Constitution specifically entrusts disputes and doubts arising out of or in connection with the election of the President or Vice-President to the Supreme Court.
This should be distinguished from the Election Commission's role in conducting and supervising the electoral process.
The fact that an institution conducts an election does not necessarily mean that it adjudicates every legal dispute arising from that election.
In the case of the President and Vice-President, constitutional adjudication of election disputes belongs to the Supreme Court.
