The President cannot exercise suspensive veto in the case of which Bill?
Correct Answer
B. Money BillB.
Explanation
The President cannot use suspensive veto in the case of a Money Bill.
A Money Bill reaches Parliament through a special constitutional procedure and can be introduced in the Lok Sabha only with the President's prior recommendation.
When such a Bill is presented for assent, the ordinary mechanism of returning it to Parliament for reconsideration through suspensive veto does not apply.
This makes Money Bills an important exception when studying presidential veto powers.
The distinction is frequently tested because the President's powers over ordinary Bills and Money Bills are not identical.
