The Union Ministry of Coal and Mines launched digital platforms including the KOYLA SHAKTI Dashboard and CLAMP Portal to improve monitoring and digital governance in the coal sector.
केंद्रीय कोयला एवं खान मंत्रालय ने कोयला क्षेत्र में monitoring और digital governance को बेहतर बनाने के लिए KOYLA SHAKTI Dashboard और CLAMP Portal जैसे digital platforms शुरू किए।

CLAMP stands for Coal Land Acquisition, Management and Payment.
CLAMP का अर्थ Coal Land Acquisition, Management and Payment है।
It is designed as a unified digital platform for managing processes related to land acquisition, compensation, rehabilitation and resettlement in the coal sector.
यह कोयला क्षेत्र में भूमि अधिग्रहण, मुआवजा, पुनर्वास और पुनर्स्थापन से संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं के प्रबंधन के लिए एक unified digital platform है।
Main Objectives | मुख्य उद्देश्य
- Streamline land acquisition processes. / भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाना।
- Improve management of compensation and R&R processes. / मुआवजा तथा Rehabilitation & Resettlement प्रक्रियाओं को बेहतर बनाना।
- Create a centralised repository of land-related records. / भूमि संबंधी अभिलेखों का केंद्रीकृत repository बनाना।
- Improve data integration and accountability. / data integration और जवाबदेही बढ़ाना।
- Reduce procedural delays. / प्रक्रियात्मक देरी कम करना।
- Improve transparency and inter-agency coordination across coal PSUs. / coal PSUs के बीच पारदर्शिता और inter-agency coordination बढ़ाना।
