Article 61 contains the procedure for impeachment of the President.
The impeachment process can begin in either House of Parliament and is subject to special procedural safeguards.
A prescribed notice must precede the moving of the charge, and the resolution must satisfy the constitutionally required majority.

The President has the right to appear and to be represented during such investigation.
