Educational Qualification / शैक्षणिक योग्यता
Civil: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Civil Engineering with the prescribed marks and generally three years of relevant experience. Electrical: Engineering degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Power-related notified branches with prescribed marks and experience. Mechanical: Engineering degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Power or notified equivalent with experience. / Civil, Electrical और Mechanical पदों के लिए संबंधित Engineering branch में Degree तथा निर्धारित अनुभव आवश्यक है।
HR: PG Degree/Diploma/Programme in HR, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, MHROD or MBA-HR with prescribed marks and experience. Finance: CA/CMA with the prescribed post-qualification executive experience. Safety: Relevant engineering degree together with Industrial Safety qualification, or the specified Safety/Fire & Safety engineering route. CSR: Relevant PG qualification in Rural Development, Social Development, MSW, MBA or other notified disciplines. Rajbhasha: Master's degree in Hindi with the prescribed English condition. / HR, Finance, Safety, CSR और Rajbhasha पदों की योग्यता पद के अनुसार अलग-अलग है।
