Irregularities and Blacklisting | अनियमितताएँ और Blacklisting
Government monitoring found 178 training centres non-compliant with PMKVY 4.0 guidelines. Payments to such entities were stopped where applicable, recovery proceedings were initiated and serious cases were referred for legal action.
Government monitoring में 178 training centres PMKVY 4.0 guidelines के अनुरूप नहीं पाए गए। ऐसे entities के applicable payments रोके गए, recovery proceedings शुरू की गईं तथा गंभीर मामलों में legal action की प्रक्रिया अपनाई गई।

Recognition of Prior Learning | पूर्व कौशल की मान्यता
Recognition of Prior Learning allows people who already possess skills through work experience or informal learning to have those skills assessed and formally certified.
Recognition of Prior Learning के अंतर्गत काम के अनुभव या informal learning से पहले से प्राप्त skills का assessment कर formal certification दिया जा सकता है।

- 2022: Implementation of the upgraded PMKVY 4.0 phase began. / 2022: Upgraded PMKVY 4.0 phase का implementation शुरू हुआ।
- 30 October 2025: MSDE issued communication concerning 178 blacklisted training partners or centres for non-adherence to scheme norms. / 30 अक्टूबर 2025: MSDE ने scheme norms का पालन न करने वाले 178 blacklisted training partners या centres से संबंधित communication जारी किया।
- 3 December 2025: Government information in the Rajya Sabha confirmed the blacklisting of 178 training centres under PMKVY 4.0. / 3 दिसंबर 2025: Rajya Sabha में सरकार ने PMKVY 4.0 के अंतर्गत 178 training centres के blacklisting की पुष्टि की।
- 4 February 2026: Government informed Parliament that FIRs had been registered against 41 centres in serious cases. / 4 फरवरी 2026: सरकार ने Parliament को बताया कि गंभीर मामलों में 41 centres के विरुद्ध FIR दर्ज की गई हैं।
